I agree that Bowls Whangarei, and its respective officers or employees, can collect, hold, use and disclose my personal information as provided in this Subscription Form (and any updated or additional personal information Bowls Whangarei obtains from me, including any photo or other record of my image) for the purposes of:

1.  processing my application for entry into an Event;

2.  including my photograph or other imagery on the website of Bowls Whangarei, in newsletters, annual reports, or similar official publications, without payment. I also agree that the information provided may be used by Bowls Whangarei for the purpose of promoting future Bowls Whangarei Events;

3.  providing me with information and activities relating to Bowls Whangarei and other bowls matters;

4.  enabling Bowls Whangarei to contact me with information about their products and services and the products and services of their sponsors or funders;

5.  publishing any of my bowls results in the newsletters of Bowls Whangarei, on its website and in news media;

6.  selecting and publicly naming players, officials and teams playing in Bowls Whangarei events;

7.  enabling Bowls Whangarei to comply with any statute, regulation, by-law or other regulatory instrument that requires collection or disclosure of personal information.
